Hey DAY!

HeyDay came again! And this time we were on the giving end, not the receiving end. You may remember my heyday post from last year. This year was just as fun loving our Juniors.

It was a little bit more dramatic this year because we had a run in with the cops and the administrators who tried to scare us with legal implications and the threat of not graduating. But when the time came, our love for the Juniors was just too great.

That said, I hope I still graduate. :/
Happy HeyDay Juniors!!

HEY day.

So, this Tuesday we celebrated Hey Day. For the non-Penn students, Hey Day is a time-honored tradition begun in 1916 that celebrates the becoming of Seniors. This basically means, that it's a day where Juniors wear Red Shirts and parade through the campus as Seniors pour as much food and foul material on the Juniors as possible. Let me tell you, it was a BLAST. Here are some photos:

It's amazing how loved you can feel when you're covered with fish sauce, mustard, syrup and some unknown substances (prob better not to know). Thank you class of '08.

Dear class of '10: Prepare to be loved/demolished. You don't even know.
